Paparazzi ships using recycled boxes via UPS ground. We pride ourselves on shipping in a realistic, timely manner once the order is received and processed. The policies for in store purchases and online purchases are different, so please read carefully
Purchases made in store are only allowed to be returned or exchanged in the original store the items were purchased from. Online purchases are only allowed to be returned or exchanged online. No exceptions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES for in store purchases may be returned or exchanged for STORE CREDIT only within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Sale items, gift certificates and accessories are a final sale. Returns will only be accepted at the original store the items were purchased from
RETURNS/EXCHANGES for online purchases only may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs, in the original form of payment within 14 days upon receiving. Merchandise acceptable for return must be unworn with original tags attached to the garments and in the original packaging. Sale items, accessories and gift cards are a final sale and do not qualify for a return or exchange. Paparazzi is not responsible for the cost of returns. Returns must be approved prior via email request. A return authorization number will be provided and must be visible on the outside of the package. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a bounced box or a store credit. Paparazzi is not responsible for items that may be damaged or lost in transit. Paparazzi will issue a refund once the merchandise is returned and approved.
